  • Arborio rice — 250g
  • Chicken stock — 1L
  • Minced garlic — 20g
  • Yellow onion — 20g
  • White mushrooms — 150g
  • Parmigiano cheese — 10g
  • Olive oil — 100 ml

Preparation

  1. In a small pot, heat up olive oil.
  2. Add chopped onions and garlic to pot.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth slowly.
  4. Continue stirring until the broth is absorbed.
