- Chicken stock — 1L
- Minced garlic — 20g
- Yellow onion — 20g
- White mushrooms — 150g
- Parmigiano cheese — 10g
- Olive oil — 100 ml
Preparation
- In a small pot, heat up olive oil.
- Add chopped onions and garlic to pot.
- Pour in the chicken broth slowly.
- Continue stirring until the broth is absorbed.
